·         Color Flyer Packets: Full-color packets of information with extra pictures and useful information will be placed inside your home.

·         ‘Just Listed’ Postcards: Postcards will be mailed to homes near you, encouraging people to “choose their new neighbor”.  People in your area often know others who are interested in your neighborhood.

·         MLS: Your home will be listed in the Realtor database, allowing all Realtors in the area to search for and view your home.

·         Open Houses: If you agree, I will have an open house for local Realtors and/ an open house for the public. 

·         Flyer Grab Box: Black and white flyers will be accessible to anyone who drives by, creating interest and allowing potential buyers to see what your home offers without feeling pressured by a Realtor. I check all Grab Box's throughout the week to make sure that you never run out of flyers.

·         Yard Signs: Highly visible and recognized post sign will be placed in your yard with my contact information including the website address.

·         Directional Signs: In communities without sign restrictions, I will place directional signs in high traffic areas, leading potential buyers to your home where they can pick up a flyer.

·         Mass Email: I will send an email brochure of your home to local realtors.
